Our Student Volunteers: Together for a Greener Neighborhood

"The Green Superblock - The Tbilisi Living Lab" has existed since 2024 in the 6th block of Vazha-Pshavela. Throughout this period, our team has been dedicated to establishing a platform where local residents, professionals, students, and other interested citizens can jointly care for the improvement of urban green and open spaces.

Here, we must note that implementing the various activities of our project would be impossible without the active involvement of students. In this regard, the role of Ilia State University's undergraduate and graduate architecture students is worthy of special mention. In May and June of this year, they carried out extensive research work - documenting and mapping the green neighborhood initiatives in the Vazha-Pshavela blocks. Additionally, without their help, it would have been impossible to clean up and organize the square near the 2nd building in the 6th block of Vazha-Pshavela.
