The Future of Modernist Housing. Vazha-Pshavela Block VI in Tbilisi

In fall semester 2023 master students from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology elaborated urban design concepts for the sustainable future development of Vazha-Pshavela Block VI. Task of the design class was to define guiding strategies for the transformation of the entire district and to show single spatial interventions for improving the housing conditions and living environment. Part of the studio was a workshop, organized in collaboration with Ilia State University and Odessa State Academy for Civil Engineering and Architecture.
